The final battle of current man with the new apes is an attack on the seed vaults of the new creatures.

The emotive sense of this is conveyed in the last line which says 'The living pushed back and murdered instantly'. 

A compelling sequence in the third line gives the scale of this event.

The third line holds anagrams saying 'report of planet plan not eluxate (dislocate) Ur (ancient Iraq) Parques (fates/Gods)'.

The high platform mentionned in the text of that line helps build a picture of god-like beings making judgements from on high.

A very important sequence appears in the first line. It says deuterocanonic marvels (larmes v -iendront auec co), thereby implying a reference to the miracles in the Holy testaments of various religions.
