Nostradamus C10 Q79: The story of Henry IV also acts as a cover for coding methods.

The text of this verse has many qualities that resonate with the story of King Henry IV of France (and King of Navarre as Henty II). Under the command of his right-hand man, the Duke of Sully, Paris and France were transformed. Paris had not been part of the Roman road network and it was the upgrade of major transport networks that transformed the capital into a place considered to be a modern Memphis.
