Nostradamus C9 Q83: Death and torture to dominate the Earth in 21st C wars

Even
though C9 Q83 doesn't use any word for calamity it gains membership
of this series because its text resonates with the tone of the quote
alongside and the events set out in those verses that do contain the
focal word.
In addition its anagrams have a significant sequence that if valid
mean it has a critical place in Nostradamus scheme. That purpose is
hinted at by the text of the first line which gives an astronomic
reference point linked to a great Earth shaking event. This provides a
good reason to link it with the events at the end of this century.
But the lettering at the start of that same line generates anagrams
which say Resolving
(er Sol ving) date
is for uuars (t de Ta | aurus _ſi
_for).
The text of the verse below sets both the date of calamitous wars of
the late 21st century war
and details
some of its gruesome nature.
The reference to frostiest waters suggests a late spring or early autumn date. But there is also a sense that Nostradamus
uses this verse to
convey part of his poetic license by which he uses various letters to
stress particular themes. The pattern of the anagrams is interrupted by
extraneous letters and the line is dominated by the letters t and r and
those two letters have a history in poetry as the ones to use to
recreate simulated sounds of war. It is therefore likely that the
patterns of these two letters can be used to give more precise dates for
each of the verses on war.
The rationale given in the foregoing can be seen in the other lines
of this verse as indicated at the bottom on the main picture for the
verse.
