The anagrams of this verse are heavily weighted towards drugs and chemicals which suggest a medical format is intended to be there,.

If this was there by intent we could expect so would the first line to name the target and the second provides its motive.

Those two lines in this verse can readily be seen as bearing their respective roles.

The third line of text then identifies a primary infection vector as the focal event and the last line gives the human causes.
