This verse is one of several that imply the West's three hundred year reliance on Persian oil ends with the invasion of France by a leader born in Annapolis, Macedonia.

It is the former reliance that places a huge burden on the French nation since the interest on debt is ongoing.

It is also apparent from this verse's visible and hidden content that cities along the new shorelines of Europe bleed despite the prayers of its religious leaders, who, reproachably, are secretly in partnership with the invader.
