The text tells a low key story suited to any age. 

 The anagrammatic terms in this verse imply this is a modern day assassination story.

The modern theme comes from terms such as sapropel (organic mud layer), strontiumide and uranite all of which are part of scientific vocabulary.

An anagram for eustacies in the third line bears directly on the flood issues most prominent in Nostradamus claims and which are now bearing down on our own descendents.

Touraine (region in France) is also seen as an anagram in this verse and its altitude is currently 120 m above sea level.

The death described appears to be part of a mutiny during a raid on a depot holding nuclear materials and as such it fits into the havoc of the 22nd century when nuclear waste is the catalyst for war.
