This verse focuses on the Arab invasion of Europe at the time that seventy percent of the Earth's land surface is covered in water (200m level).

Anagrams for d'Orlean (dra le NORL), Valois (S Viola) and Lorraine (e NORLARI) in the last line confirm that the focus is on the French royal line.

As with the previous verse the text of this verse  continues the tale of the war whereby Arab nations take advantage of the turmoil and changed seascape at the end of the 21st century.
