During the 22ndC with floods drowning the cities of the lower lands, Southern France, like much of the world, relies on local warlords to oppose the invasion fleets from the Arab World.

Tolentino in this verse's text is a small town near Belforte, Italy  and this latter town is found as an anagram only in  C8 Q37.

This verse is likely to be primarily aimed at a 16th century readership and if so its best anagrams will most likely be in Italian.
