There are three  place names given in the text of this verse all of which are in different provinces of South-west France.

The story tells us about an economist who is a believer in the singular origin of all mankind who fears that the world will be dominated by a single genetic line.

This occurs in an era when  a geographic disaster changes the congestion in households.
