Th verse reinforces a theme found in many verses. In these the 'Jesus clone'  sect is driven out of its base. This occurs  at a time when an Empress has what looks like a cancerous illness of her nervous system.

In the anagrams it is implied these events are a culmination of events vindicating the words of the Roman Fates (Parcae).
