Nostradamus C7 Q31: Great floods in Europe reverse flow of 21st C refugees.

This verse's text has the blandness that renders so many of the quatrains pointless if only viwed at the surface level.

 However the anagrams tie it into a time of gun-deals, DNA of deep space origin (planetless spermaries) and events at Marseille.

In other verses where Marseille is identified it is possible to see that name as a cipher Nostradamus used for the starting point of the 22nd century invasion of Europe by an Eastern invader.

This invasion story appears quite clearly in the text of many verses and together they identify the epochas that of flood waters rising above all past levels.

The anagrams in this verse are also part of Nostradamus' clarification of his coding method and his relationships with his sources.
