This verse continues the story of the new state established in Southern France and tells how outside nations are thwarted by the gangs that take over the mountains.

It relates to the story of the Barren lady's family and in particular to two feuding brothers, each of whom claims to be the rightful claimant to the head of the new Jesus resurrected cult.
