Nostradamus C3 Q98: Terrorism amplifies the impact of climate change
Copyright: Allan Webber, December 2015, Feb 2023
The leading lines in the text of C3 Q98 clearly relate to two
royal brothers who go to war against each other.
Amongst the anagrams
in
this verse the one for terrorism provides the most dramatic referent
point. This is the only verse where that particular anagram is found. In
the second line it occurs alongside anagrams that form a sequence that
say queen (e
Qu'en) quell (lle
Qu) regular (la
guerr) terrorism (re ſi morte).
These words are not adjacent but each overlaps by a single letter.
The
parallels between the text and anagrams of C8 Q58 and this verse are the
reasons I have paired them in the two brothers series.
In both verses the brothers mentioned become bitter enemies and while
this verse has a prominent anagram implying terrorism is rampant the
other contains the name of Tamerlane, a historical figure who drove
terror throughout the world through his cruelty in wars in the Middle
East and Asia.
This
verse tells how the terrorism generated in this century amongst
two brothers disrupts their realms but life itself. In this context the
anagrams contribute a lot by the inclusion of forestries (eres
ſi fort) flares
(als fre)
in the first line and
five (vie f)
degree event (e
De reg_ne et vi) andregular (ra
leur g) in the last. When viewed with
the wording in the above quote from the Epistle which talks of a delay
in getting from the 50th to 52nd degree height this cluster can be seen
as referring to the impacts of the war on climate change.
