Nostradamus C03 Q32: Goering mutation experments on pre-human primate species.

In this verse's anagrams is an allusion to Eannatum (Mantuane) the ruler of the first empire in the recorded history of mankind.

There is also an anagram for Goering (oing Ger) which is followed by waken manic (maniq -ue Quan).

With these two names are anagrams for pseudoancestral area (era a - upres de la Toſcan), quadrumanes (ue Quand Mars),  reproach a deal to scan super apes  (prochera - a - upres - de la - To ſcan e S'ap) and mutant (t Mantu) which in total resonates with what we know about the empire building actions of Hitler and Goering in World War II.

And such a scenario is consistent with the message in the third line of text. The two names found so far in this verse represent the past and present that Nostradamus claimed form the allusion for a future event.
