The anagram that offers greatest help in resolving this verse is that for oogonium (oing ou mo) a breeding term which it is difficult to believe is a product of chance alone especially when the internal and external links both provide appropriate settings.

This verse is linked to the previous verse C3 Q18 by its reference to raining blood and milk which in both cases is an allusion for a sudden increase in pregnancies and births and give ciphers suggesting a maternal lineage.

# Oogonium: diploid cells that are formed in vast numbers by mitosis early in fetal development. In humans they start to develop in weeks 4 to 8 and become present in the fetus from weeks 5 to 20.
