Nostradamus C2 Q07: The end of petrol divides Europe and changes the rules of war.

This quatrain is about the tragedy that accompanies the depletion of petrol, with wars erupting between those who are unprepared.

In this environment mobsters gain even greater powers and cause the nations of Europe to regroup into two units of four.

The second line has one of Nostradamus' two anagrammatic occurrences of revenants (vn e$tre na) with the other occurrence being in C04 Q45).

The text of the current verse alludes to a group of peole isolated from the mainstream and subjected to a royal program that is designed specifically for them.

In this verse the second line also indicates that revenants_day (vn e$tre na_y a d),  extends along  x dents e_n la go),  nearest_day (e$tre na_y a d) that angels grovel (en la g_orge L'v).
