Nostradamus C2 Q03: When food is damaged by man the hungry turn to the sea

This verse's anagrams hold a vital story that resonates with our current time. It is consistent with the theme of Nostradamus' text and fits well into his tale of misadventures in this century.

 The anagrams also give detail of the protagonists and victims, the means of starving a population and the motivations for doing so. And through its atomic relevance there can be no doubt that it applies to a modern setting.

The third line holds a critical cipher of 'evilness (ns les vien)' thereby linking it to the decadence quote that sums up Nostradamus view of our future. Through the verses in this series it is apparent our decadence is firmly tied to our failure to treat the Earth, the Cosmos and its resources with respect.  These fhuman ailings include our presumption that we have a natural and superior right to consume anything the Earth has to offer. Our decline to this amoral state is tied to the arrogance of superior knowledge without their being even the most basic structures to ensure safe usage of what we know we can  and do unleash.

This verse is about mankind and in particular us, the modern inheritors of the power of creation normally limited to the forces underpinning the existence of the universe.

This is apparent in the text where anagrams for supramolecular (us la mer Pour la c), Leptons _poisons (pont les_ poiſſons ), Hadron (and Rho), transelement (nt entamer Les), Lepton _possession (epont l_es poiſſons) and procural (r Pour la c) are accompanied by a range of qualities which give a damning character assessment of our kind pointless (nt les poiſ), atonement_driven (driven _ont entame),  superrealism (ire Sus la mer P), uuelfares (s leur fau), habits (s habit), dimness (ns demis), abstain_evils (abitans_ les vi ) and evilness.

It is this sense of what we have manufactured for those that follow, that had me pair C2 Q01 with C1 Q07. for that latter verse presents the first hint of the impact our actions arouse in our evolving descendents.
