Nostradamus C1 Q17: Airlines at Spanish airports suffer via gundealers & climate change

Here we have the classic style of Nostradamus giving intriguing detail that falls short of delivering anything that is provable. And underneath its lettering there are further clues but again they fall short. We can never develop a complete answer from the material left in a single verse for the story arises from persistence and interweaving the ideas Nostradamus left in his papers.

This verse has a place in the series on Origins of knowledge and the effects that knowledge base produces because of it having one of the two anagrams for science in its third line. That same line has an anagram for astral with the two terms invoking a connection to the science of astronomy as it applies throughout the universe.

The current verse references events that are able to be linked to the ideas in the text however its fullness still needs parts from several other stories. There are anagrams of considerable importance but they are more generic terms than actual events. Science, insecticide, solutes and aterrestrial are, for instance, words that evoke ideas of events within the atmosphere thereby mirroring the themes in the text. But there are also a consistent set of other anagrams such as airports, airlines, sentinel, land and air  that with  gundealers, race-riots, and parades imply some kind of plot.

The text of Centuries 1 Quatrain 17 also ties it to the flood quotes in the 1555 Preface that provide guidance for his major themes. The relevant sections of the Preface commentary are shown alongside. These quotes and the verses linked to them are the basis underpinning the trail I compiled for reconstructing Nostradamus' work.

The connections between verses and quotes together with modern topics uniting the anagrams in these verses enables the trail for floods to be followed through a set of verses in a way that removes the obscurities faced by earlier analysts.  The main verses involved in this flood group are listed in pairs in the table alongside. I list them in pairs because there is a natural fit of ideas using that style but they also form a cohesive whole with cross-threads between the text and anagrams of all verses in the group of ten. 

This verse is  paired with C3Q46 solely because they each have links to various aspect in other verses in this flood series but unlike the other pairs they don't share much between themselves.

Verse C1 Q17's text ties it closely to the quotes while its anagrams tie it to the environment of the late 21st century. Via science astral parades we can see reference to a dating system which fits well with a pole star precession event. And though anagrams such as airports, airlines, raider, gun-dealers and sentinel we have a description of concurrent civil, political and militant events similar in nature to those appearing in other flood linked verses.
